Requirements
(Based in Sofia, Bulgaria – Full-Time / Hybrid / Remote)
1. Experience & Background
1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital content, or brand coordination
Hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, events, etc.)
Familiarity with Bulgarian and EU consumer markets (especially in B2B or lifestyle sectors)
Knowledge of the local digital ecosystem, influencers, and media platforms is a strong plus
2. Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels: social media, content marketing, SEO, and email marketing
Good command of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad platforms, Google Ads, or similar tools
Ability to assist in planning, executing, and tracking multi-channel campaigns
Familiar with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite)
Comfortable with basic design tools like Canva or collaborating with design teams on creative assets
3. Language & Communication
Fluent in Bulgarian and English (written and verbal); French is a bonus
Excellent writing and proofreading skills for social posts, ads, and internal documentation
Comfortable communicating with clients, partners, and vendors locally and internationally
4. Tools & Platforms (preferred)
Social Media: Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn
CMS: WordPress, Wix, Webflow
Analytics: Google Analytics, Meta Insights
CRM & Email: HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo
Design: Canva, Adobe Express, Figma (basic)
5. Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Ongoing or completed coursework in digital marketing or content strategy is a plus

Able to work independently but also collaborate closely with management
