HR Representative – Requirements
(Remote Position – People Operations & Recruitment)
1. Experience & HR Knowledge
2–4 years of experience in human resources, people operations, or talent acquisition
Hands-on experience with remote recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
Familiarity with local labor laws and international HR best practices (especially in EU or global remote teams)
Understanding of HR processes including performance management, compensation, and employee engagement
Experience supporting diverse, multicultural teams across time zones is a strong plus
2. Recruitment & Onboarding Skills
Skilled in sourcing candidates via platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
Ability to screen, interview, and assess candidates across different roles (content, creative, tech, etc.)
Experience managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR tools (e.g., BambooHR, HiBob, Deel, or similar)
Can create and manage smooth onboarding experiences that integrate new hires into the company culture
3. Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence; able to mediate, resolve conflicts, and build trust remotely
Capable of working closely with leadership, managers, and employees to support HR needs and initiatives
Culturally sensitive and respectful in all internal and external communication
4. Organizational & Administrative Skills
High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Experience maintaining digital employee records, managing HR files, and preparing reports
Familiar with time tracking, payroll coordination, and benefits administration (in coordination with external providers)
