Requirements
1. Experience & Background
Proven work experience as a Content Manager, Copywriter, Editor, or similar role (2–5 years minimum)
Portfolio of published articles, blogs, or marketing campaigns
Experience with SEO best practices and keyword research
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar)
Experience working with design teams, developers, and marketing teams
2. Skills & Competencies
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Strong understanding of tone, voice, and brand consistency
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Knowledge of digital marketing, lead funnels, and social media platforms
Understanding of performance metrics and ability to use tools like Google Analytics, Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, etc.) is a strong plus
3. Strategic Thinking
Ability to plan and execute content calendars aligned with business goals
Capable of conducting market and competitor research to identify content opportunities
Proactive in identifying trends, topics, and improvements to boost engagement and conversion
4. Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

CMS: WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Shopify
Analytics: Google Analytics, Search Console
SEO: Semrush, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO
Project Management: Trello, Asana, Notion
