Account Director – Requirements



(B2B Client Strategy & Consulting)


1. Experience & Client Management


  • 5+ years of experience in B2B account management, client success, or strategic consulting

  • Proven success managing multiple client relationships simultaneously across various industries

  • Experience working with C-level decision-makers and high-value clients

  • Strong track record of delivering strategic guidance and measurable business outcomes to clients

  • Prior experience in a marketing, fintech, consulting, or professional services firm is a plus



2. Strategic & Analytical Skills


  • Ability to understand client business models, pain points, and objectives

  • Skilled at developing and presenting customized strategies and roadmaps

  • Comfortable analyzing client performance data and translating it into actionable insights

  • Consultative mindset: able to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that bring value

  • Solid understanding of budgeting, ROI metrics, and KPIs in a B2B context



3. Communication & Relationship Management


  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus)

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Experience managing long-term relationships with professionalism, empathy, and clarity

  • Comfortable presenting strategy and performance reports to both technical and non-technical audiences



4. Project & Workflow Management


  • Highly organized and capable of managing deliverables, deadlines, and expectations

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and project management platforms (e.g., Notion, Asana)

  • Able to coordinate with internal creative, marketing, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of services

  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to adapt quickly to changing client needs



5. Education & Background


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • MBA or relevant certifications in consulting, strategy, or digital marketing is a plus



6. Industry Knowledge (Preferred but Not Mandatory)


  • Experience in fintech, marketing/branding, real estate, or crypto/web3 sectors

  • Awareness of current digital trends, platform changes, and client behavior shifts



7. Personal Attributes


  • Client-obsessed mindset with a strong sense of ownership

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-touch consultancy environment

  • Fluent in balancing client expectations with company resources
